**The Role**:
Our newest position, **Estimator**, is the perfect fit for someone with 2-5 years experience in Estimating, preferably in the Mechanical HVAC/Plumbing industry. In this role you will prepare accurate and competitive estimates for HVAC and Plumbing projects, working closely with the Customer Service team, partners and vendors to ensure our bids are thorough, timely and aligned with client needs. You'll bring a sharp eye for detail, problem solving expertise and a collaborative team focused mindset to ensure ensure we deliver quality projects form from start to finish.

**What You’ll Tackle**:

- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for HVAC and Plumbing projects for residential, commercial and industrial clients.
- Review project drawings, specifications and tender documents to determine material, labor and equipment requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and trades to ensure scope and pricing align with client expectations.
- Source and evaluate supplier and contractor quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
- Develop detailed take offs and cost breakdowns to support bids and proposals.
- Prepare detailed estimates ready for review prior to client deadlines.
- Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits and client discussions as needed.
- Work closely with the operations team to transition projects smoothly.
- Update company spreadsheets to ensure information is always up to date.

**What You Bring**:

- Previous estimating experience in mechanical trades trades (HVAC and or Plumbing preferred).
- Top-notch communication skills — you know how to lead a conversation and a room.
- A collaborative team oriented mindset, you know how to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and partners
- Ability to manage deadlines, juggle multiple bids and stay organized under pressure.
- Solid understanding of construction documents, drawings and specifications.
- Proactive problem-solver ready to support a fast-paced, growing team.
- Resourceful when challenges come up.
- A desire to grow with a multi-trade company that values teamwork, determination and continuous learning.
