- Perform account reconciliation to verify the accuracy of financial data.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure that all transactions are accounted for.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring to support financial planning.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero for efficient record-keeping.
- Prepare financial reports and statements for management review.
- Analyze accounts to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Maintain organized financial records in accordance with company policies.
