Founded in 1986, Super Poly Ltd is a growing, and fast-paced importer, distributor, and manufacturer of high-quality Bulk Packaging and Flexible Packaging products. We have offices that are located in Edmonton AB, Winnipeg, MB, and Vancouver BC.

Our Winnipeg branch is seeking a responsible individual to fill our **Office Administrator Assistant** position in our growing Flexible Packaging production facility.

DUTIES:

- Assist with Production Manager and Sales Manager initiatives
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with offshore suppliers
- Provide walk-in customers with exceptional customer service
- Generate and process sales-related paperwork
- Coordinate inventory counts and reconciliation corresponding with company ERP
- Create and maintain a production docketing system to ensure the accuracy and
efficiency of work orders
- Monitor and requisition raw materials as required by the production team
- General administration and office duties as required (supply requisition, maintenance
schedules, etc.)

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must be fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing. (It is also preferred but not necessary that applicants are also able to read, write and converse in Chinese)
- Excellent organizational skills, high-level coordination, and exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems and MS Office Products preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to consistently meet departmental deadlines
- Positive attitude with an emphasis on teamwork, flexibility, and problem solving
