Coloured Aggregates Inc. is a family run business that specializes in Industrial Minerals and specialty aggregates. We mine and process in northern and eastern Ontario. We supply a wide variety of markets with various mineral products

**Role Summary**
As a Sales Representative, you will provide solutions to Coloured Aggregates Inc. customers to support our operations and increase sales development. As part of your duties, you will be called upon to actively engage potential customers and develop business relationships with them based on partnership and customer service. You will contribute with your internal partners to develop, promote and structure the technical expertise of the company as well as the marketing of Coloured Aggregates Inc. products according to customer needs.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Promote and sell Coloured Aggregates Inc. products to existing and potential customers.
- Provide technical assistance and the support to customers regarding the products offered by Coloured Aggregates Inc.
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with customers.
- Act as a partner with customers to resolve technical issues to maximize their satisfaction.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Perform market analysis.
- Identify and develop sales opportunities.
- Maintain a regular presence and availability with customers.
- Collaborate in the planning of production and delivery operations based on customer needs and the operational realities of the company.
**Skills and Abilities**:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations and respond promptly to customer needs.
- Problem solving skills. Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in both positive or negative situations.
- Sound and accurate judgment.
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask, while focused on results.
- Manages competing demands and changes approach or methods as required by the situation.
- Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
- Writes clearly and informatively with the ability to presents numerical data effectively.
- Ability to speak fluent French would be an asset
**Education**
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma.

**Experience**
- Relevant work experience as a sales representative or account manager in the mineral products field.
- Knowledge of mineral products and aggregates will be considered an important asset.
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in similar role
