**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests promptly and courteously.
- Handle food safely and efficiently, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately for transactions.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining and kitchen spaces.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies as needed.
- Engage with customers to enhance their experience, addressing any inquiries or concerns effectively.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in food handling or food service is preferred but not required for all positions.
- Familiarity with cashiering or operating POS systems is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow.
- Experience in hospitality or bartending is a plus for relevant roles within our team.
