- Managing and guiding Crew Members to success
- Actively participating in local community events that contribute to the vibrancy and growth of the area
- Upholding McDonald's renowned cleanliness and operational standards
- Driving sales and profits-building both the business and your professional and financial value

**Starting rate**: $20.00/hr

**Your vibe and experience**

While experience in food service or retail-whether as a barista, server, cashier, team member, or manager-is helpful, what matters most is who you are.

You lead by example, hold yourself and your team to high standards, and continuously raise the bar. When challenges arise, you approach them with confidence and an eye for solutions.
