**About this role**

**Riello Canada** is looking for **Shipper & Receiver** who will also be driving a forklift when needed and able to work **onsite** 7:30 to 4 pm (based on union agreement) in **Mississauga ON**.

This is a **unionized role (Local 938)** therefore membership will be compulsory as per the union agreement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive and check incoming pick tickets
- Gather products and items to fulfill an order for an internal or external customer(s)
- Locate products within warehouse
- Retrieve orders according to quantity, size etc. ensuring accuracy
- Build pallets with orders and position them to loading docks
- Wrap orders before loading on trucks
- Put incoming inventory into specified areas
- Re-stock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment
- Load and unload of inventory, stock, and supplies
- Keep paper records of completed orders
- Maintain equipment and report on malfunctions
- Assist with inventory cycle counts to ensure proper inventory numbers
- Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards

**Basic Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or GED
- Forklifts Driver Certificate or 2 years plus experience in driving a forklift
- 2 years plus work experience as an order picker/packer or in a warehouse
- ** Ability to**bend, move and lifting up to 40 lbs. and **perform** labor intensive activities **as needed**:

- Ability to successfully pass the background as part of the hiring process

- Physical strength and stamina
- Use computers and scanning technology
- Time management and organizational skills
- Work with mínimal supervision
- Interpersonal skills and work within a team
- English communication skills to express concerns or ideas
