**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with Production to ensure material required for long distance loads are ready. Schedule load and ensure target goals are met.
- Act as a liaison between the Shipping department and all functional department/areas
- Responsible for correct allergen and material labeling
- Direct and coordinate team to ensure material is received and stored in the proper identified area as well as ensure FIFO/SOP are being followed
- Maintain shipping records, including tracking and shipping history information and provide information for traceability as needed
- Ensure freezer/coolers in RAW and RTE inventory is stored following and sanitation wash cycles are completed
- Verified the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders.
- Created shipping documents including Picking list, Packing slip, pallet label, BOL's and commercial invoice
**Valid Lift truck training certificate in (Counter Balance, Light pallet truck BT, Raymond Reach)**
- Reading text, numeric, writing, oral communication
- Working with others in a co-operative & team like manner
- Job task planning and organizing and significant use of memory
- Oversee loading and unloading of goods
- Route goods to appropriate storage areas
- Must be able to perform heavy lifting, pushing & pulling.

- Responsible for taking copies of all Purchase Orders from Administration department on a daily basis
- Count and verify all inbound lumber and panel products and ensure product matches information on Purchase Orders
- Responsible for taking copies of all waiting on stock sales orders from the Shipping Department throughout the day and notifying the Shipping Supervisor/Dispatcher accordingly of stock arrivals
- Ensure that completed sales order backups are taken to the staging bay and a completed checklist is conducted on each order staged in staging bay
- Ensure completed checklists are signed and attached to each sales order backups
- Responsible for signing all paperwork forwarded by carriers for all inbound product
- Ensure all product in the return area is received and identified correctly and ensure created inventory tags are placed on returned product
- Ensure receiving paperwork is forwarded to the Administration Department in a timely manner
- Conduct recounts on inbound product as required
- Ensure issues related to product and/or orders are communicated and dealt with by the Warehouse and Administration department in a timely manner
- Check and approve all outbound product (2nd rounds, common carriers and containers)
- Sign off on and approve all orders for information, product, count etc.
