We're currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver for one of our valued clients. Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and organized Shipper/Receiver to manage the daily flow of goods in and out of our client’s facility. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth logistics and timely order fulfillment within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Receive incoming shipments: unload trucks, verify goods against packing slips, inspect for damages Prepare outgoing shipments: pick, pack, label, and load orders according to schedules Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records using inventory management systems Coordinate with carriers and couriers to schedule pickups and resolve delivery issues Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely (if certified) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company policies Assist with regular inventory counts and cycle checks Communicate effectively with the warehouse team, supervisors, and other departments Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience in a shipping/receiving, logistics, or warehouse role Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory and documentation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods Basic computer skills; experience with WMS or ERP systems is an asset Familiarity with shipping procedures, documentation, and courier coordination Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications: Valid forklift license and experience operating warehouse equipment Experience using handheld RF scanners or barcode systems Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environments Basic knowledge of health and safety standards in a warehouse setting   Benefits: Competitive hourly wage Opportunities for overtime Career advancement Supportive work environment On-the-job training Stay connected with us Follow us on LinkedIn for more job opportunities and updates: http://www.linkedin.com/in/arisetalenthub Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
