**Job Description**:
Redlen is currently scaling up our processes and production capacity, and we are looking to expand our scheduling team. As an Associate Production Scheduler, you will play a key role in coordinating and planning the production schedules for THM furnaces and other manufacturing areas. Your primary objective will be to ensure that production targets are met efficiently, while identifying any potential deficiencies and recommending effective solutions to address them.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Plan and schedule the loading of THM furnaces on a weekly basis.
- Achieve weekly production targets in all production areas
- Track actual output versus target.
- Develop plans to address deviations from the production plan that implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Analyze causes of deviations from the production plan and report them to the Production Scheduler.

**Experience**:
At least 1 year of experience in a production scheduling or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in EPR transactions (work orders, shipments, reporting).
- Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, and databases to track production data and inventories.
- Takes initiative and demonstrates ambition; able to work with limited supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated positive attitude and self-motivation.

**Education**:

- College diploma or equivalent in a relevant field preferred.
- High school graduation essential.
