**Summary of Job Responsibilities**:
Our Lead Hospitality Associate provides visitors with an exceptional cider experience. This person works in a number of different roles in our daily tastings and event operations. A typical work day involves serving food and cider to our guests, cleaning and tidying service areas, setting up for events and more. The Lead Hospitality Associate frequently works as an Event Host and the floor lead, plus helps with projects on slow days and plays a key role assisting our Hospitality Coordinator. The Lead Hospitality Associate provides floor leadership to the Hospitality team when the Hospitality Coordinator is not scheduled.

**Requirements**:
The Lead Hospitality Associate is a positive, service-oriented person with a proven track record in exceptional customer service in the food & beverage industry. In addition, the position requires:

- Education: Food Safe Level 1 and Serving It Right required
- Vocational experience in customer service required, including experience as the shift lead or floor lead preferred
- Industry experience in hospitality, food and beverage, events - preferred
- Relationships: a gift for customer service, resolving customer complaints successfully, and avoiding complaints in the first place. Demonstrated success in teamwork
- Communication skills: strong
- Personal aptitude: curiosity, great listening skills and openness to feedback. Ability to work well with others and to jump in to help when needed.
- Up to date COVID vaccination
- Work week flexibility: willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- The physical strength to safely and manually carry cases of cider and dish racks, and the physical stamina to work on your feet for hours at a time. Willingness to work outside occasionally, rain or shine.
- A desire to work for a business that is growing and seeking to continually improve

**Compensation**:
Total target compensation of $25 per hour (hourly wage of $18.00 + share of pooled gratuities)
