As a **Mail Shipping and Receiving Associate **you're focused on delivering exceptional customer service, you can expect to work in a technology driven environment where the tactical work you do has an immediate and visible impact to our operations

**Your Job**
- Handle, sort/distribute envelopes, and packages, and assist with facilities needs and requests. Your goal will be to ensure our mail reaches its recipients on time and in good condition.
- Track packages
- Set up notifications, track/re-route critical packages. Use of a hand-held scanner to scan in overnight packages and boxes.
- Provide exceptional customer service: Help customers pack & label outgoing packages.
- Process returns and store packages in lockers or deliver within the building to the recipient.

**Shift: Full-Time, 40 hours a week. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm**

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year of any customer service, hands-on retail work or similar experience
- Ability to learn quickly on the job
- Proven track record of being reliable, punctual, and professional
- A genuine passion to do a good job
- Must work well with others on a team and with a variety of customers
- Able to lift/push/pull objects, perform data entry work & stand/sit/walk throughout your shift
