We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for the food industry.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily operations of the food service department, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead and manage a team of food service staff, providing training and support to enhance performance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in accordance with food safety guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest experiences.
- Familiarity with POS systems and their operation in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
