**Key Responsibilities**:

- Recruitment: Lead full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to offer, for a growing production team and succession planning initiatives. Use our ATS and collaborate closely with hiring managers and supervisors to attract the best talent.
- Onboarding: Coordinate new hire onboarding to ensure a seamless start for each team member. Manage onboarding documentation and work with managers to create an exceptional employee experience.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, handling issues, performance concerns, promotions, learning paths, and more.
- HR Administration: Manage all HR administrative tasks, including updating employee records and maintaining documentation. Coordinate with the Head Office HR team to ensure support and alignment on HR practices.
- Reporting & Finance Support: Prepare and update payroll reports, assist with finance reporting, and provide ad hoc support to the Finance Manager. Support employee timesheet management for payroll processing.
- Benefits Administration: Address employee questions regarding payroll and benefits, and help them navigate our systems. Serve as a liaison between Hagen Industries and the Head Office HR team to support employee benefits administration.
- Performance Management: Assist with the performance review process, including annual evaluations and 3-month reviews for new hires.
- Health & Safety: Serve as the primary point of contact for CNESST, manage workplace injury files, and help ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
- Cross-Functional Support: In a small team environment, team members occasionally cover each other’s roles during absences. Be prepared to support various administrative and finance tasks as needed.
- Reception & Event Planning: Greet visitors (rare) and act as the primary contact for office guests. Assist in planning company events to foster team engagement.

Qualifications and Experience
- 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Proven recruitment expertise and experience with full-cycle hiring.
- Excellent communication skills in French, and proficiency in English as some international collaboration is required.
- Degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial Relations.
- Ability to work effectively in both office and manufacturing environments.
- Excellent soft skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment.

Responsabilités clés
- Accueil et intégration : Coordonner l’accueil et l’intégration des nouveaux membres du personnel pour assurer un départ en douceur pour chacun d’eux. Gérer les documents pour l’accueil et l’intégration et collaborer avec les responsables pour créer une expérience employée exceptionnelle.
- Relations avec le personnel : Agir en tant que personne de confiance pour le personnel et les responsables, en gérant les problèmes, les inquiétudes concernant le rendement, les promotions, les parcours pédagogiques, etc.
- Administration des RH : S’occuper de toutes les tâches administratives des RH, dont la mise à jour des dossiers du personnel et le mai
