As a Supply Chain Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing supply chain strategies to optimize material flow, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. You will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and components.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize material flow, reduce costs, and improve efficiency
- Manage supplier relationships, including negotiation of contracts, pricing, and delivery terms
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and components, including coordination with logistics and transportation providers
- Analyze and optimize inventory management processes to minimize stock levels and reduce waste
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, purchasing, and engineering
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier insolvency, natural disasters, and other disruptions
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance
- Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, including training and development

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, including experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful supply chain strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
- Experience with supply chain software, including ERP systems and transportation management systems
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g. CSCP, CPIM) an asset

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Experience with lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies
- Certification in logistics or transportation management
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Pay: $69,616.50-$95,335.12 per year
