**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a skilled and motivated team.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Oversee the use of POS systems for efficient order processing and payment handling.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales targets and cost control measures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality presentation.
- Address customer concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote special events or menu items.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations.
- Experience with POS systems and bartending is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
