Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the hospitality establishment (laundry, housekeeping)
- Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction
- Supervise staff members, including hiring, training, and scheduling and ensure a safe work environment is always promoted
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with policy, procedures, and regulations
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Conduct interviews and work with the team for hiring needs
- An ability to understand and work to a budget

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant management
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Experience in food serving or food handling is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: $38,444.66-$54,080.41 per year
