**Recommended Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**:

- **Full Training will be provided for this position**:

- Mechanical Aptitude an asset
- Construction experience preferred, but not a must.
- Swimming Pool industry experience preferred, but not a must.
- Excellent problem solving abilities

- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)

- Ability to learn new things
- Ability to work with a team and independently

**Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following)**:

- Install and repair automatic safety pool covers.
- Maintain and enforce standards of cleanliness and organization in assigned trucks, equipment, job sites, and shop
- Ensure that all work activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner
- Communicate with customers in a polite and courteous manner
- Other Duties as assigned or required as the business continues to grow.

**Requirements**:

- High school eduction
- Capable of operating tools in a safe and responsible manner
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, with clean abstract
- Speak, read, and write English

**Work Conditions**:

- **All tools will be provided by company**:

- **Vehicle for daily job sites provided**:

- Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and materials
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly through an entire work shift.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Work outdoors in various conditions including heat and humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 per year
