Strive Health and Performance is an established, very busy, multidisciplinary and collaborative health team that is looking for our next of superstar to add to our front desk team We are looking to add a full time (40 hours/week) position at our Coquitlam location. Preferred but NOT required:

- Previous experience with Janeapp software
- Prior work in customer service
- Inbound and outbound phone experience
- Prior work in a healthcare setting e.g. medical office
- Medical Office Assistant Diploma
- Familiarity with physiotherapy, massage, chiro, kin
- Familiarity with direct billing service providers
- Proficient in use of computers and other office equipment
- Knowledge of general office procedures

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Jane billing/booking software: 1 year (preferred)
- Chiro/Physio clinic: 1 year (preferred)
