**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient guest experiences.
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of front-line staff to deliver outstanding service.
- Monitor floor activities, address guest concerns promptly, and ensure safety and operational standards are upheld.
- Assist in scheduling, training, and performance evaluations of team members.
- Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements and maintain high-quality service standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and licensing requirements.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in an entertainment, hospitality, or retail environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
