- Education: _Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: _1 - 2 years
- Roles and Responsibilities:_
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule birthday party bookings
- Troubleshoot any work-related problems
- Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Handle emergency situations
- Effectively address clients concerns and complaints immediately
- Assist clients with special needs
- Maintain Birthday party schedule and supplies
- Welcoming customers with a smile
- Using the POS system and handling money
- Supporting the daily operations of The Big Box including playground and machines maintenance and safety and coordinating birthday parties.
- Replenishing stock in kitchen, washrooms and in redemption center and using The Big Box standards to create a visually appealing store
- Maintaining cleanliness of the facility including but not limited to play structures, kitchen area, restaurant sitting area, washrooms, and general areas of the facility at all times.
- Working with children of age 0-14 for meaningful playground experience and birthday events

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
