**Role Summary**

Join our dynamic team as the Office Administrator & Receptionist, where you’ll be at the heart of our Vancouver, BC headquarters. In this key role, you’ll ensure our office runs seamlessly, providing essential support to both our departments and the Executive Leadership team. If you’re a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a knack for organization and outstanding communication skills, this is your chance to shine. This full-time, in-office position reports directly to the Office and Administrative Manager. We’re looking for a people person who’s adaptable, outgoing, and a natural problem solver—ready to make a real impact in a lively and collaborative workplace.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring administrative processes are efficient and well-organized.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to uphold order and efficiency.
- Support office engagement initiatives, enhance office aesthetics, and assist in organizing events.
- Assist in developing process documents and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct research on ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients when needed.
- Provide comprehensive support to staff and management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and assisting specific departments.
- Oversee kitchen management and maintain cleanliness.
- Assist with general office administration and coordinate ad-hoc projects.
- Liaise with building management to coordinate office maintenance and repairs.

**Job Requirements**
- Some post-secondary education.
- A minimum 2 year of customer service experience is required
- Technologically savvy with expertise in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented with high attention to detail.
- Prior experience in administrative roles is a benefit, but not a requirement.
- Experience in the security industry is an asset, but not necessary.
- Preference will be given to bilingual applicants (French and English).
- Must be able to reliably commute to our Vancouver, BC office.
