La BOTTEGA Nicastro in the Byward Market is looking for a new HEAD CHEF to join our team. This is a unique role where you will work with La BOTTEGA's incredible store pantry to create an unforgettable Italian food experience for our customers in-store and for our catering events.

**Requirements**:

- minimum 2 years experience with Italian food
- must be able to work daytime and weekends
- Direct and manage store and catering production
- Ability to manage kitchen staff
- Have experience and are comfortable working in an open kitchen environment

Bonus: Daytime hours and EQUAL tip sharing with the front of the house staff.
