Le Spécialiste, Marketing par courriel a la responsabilité de gérer tous les aspects des campagnes de marketing par courriel de Bain Magique dont les audiences, les procédures, l’intégration des systèmes techniques et de gestion de la relation client, les modèles et les résultats. Cette ressource relèvera du Superviseur Médias et travaillera en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe Contenu et image de marque afin de contribuer à la création, au suivi et à l’évaluation de l'ensemble des campagnes de courriels.
**Responsabilités**
- Réaliser et mettre en place toutes les campagnes de marketing par courriel et SMS, dont la conception des courriels à partir des modèles établis et HTML, la coordination du contenu et des ressources, l’assurance qualité et la planification.
- Appuyer divers programmes stratégiques à l’aide de campagnes manuelles et déclenchées tout au long du cycle de vie du client, incluant la prospection, la reconquête, la maturation, l'après-vente et la fidélisation.
- Créer des audiences et des segments efficaces pour chaque message afin de stimuler l'engagement et les revenus en fonction des objectifs liés aux indicateurs clés de performance.
- Diriger et accomplir la planification du marketing par courriel/SMS et s’assurer de la conformité aux priorités de l'entreprise.
- Exploiter les données des clients, comme leur comportement Web, afin d’orienter la personnalisation du message et du contenu.
- Concevoir et réaliser des tests A/B, gérer le calendrier et produire des rapports sur les performances.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de contenu et de design afin d'optimiser la création et la structure des modèles de courriels.
- Effectuer des tests d'assurance qualité pour s'assurer que les courriels apparaissent correctement pour la base d'abonnés.
- Produire des rapports mensuels sur les performances des campagnes en proposant des possibilités d'optimisation.
- Être constamment à l’affût de nouvelles solutions permettant d'améliorer l'ensemble des programmes grâce à la technologie, aux outils, aux partenaires, aux tendances et aux meilleures pratiques.
**Qualifications**
- Baccalauréat en administration/commerce, marketing ou l’équivalent.
- Expérience reconnue dans la gestion de campagnes de courriel/SMS, préférablement 1 à 2 années d'expérience dans ce domaine.
- Expérience concrète des plateformes d'automatisation du marketing.
- Connaissance approfondie de la réglementation, des meilleures pratiques et des normes relatives à l’envoi de courriels (ex. LCAP, RGPD).
- Bonne maîtrise de l’analyse de données, capacité d’interpréter l’information et d’en tirer des conclusions.
- Bilinguisme, français et anglais (à l’écrit et à l’oral).
- Plateforme d’envoi de courriels - MailChimp, Constant Contact, Click Dimensions ou l’équivalent.
- Expérience avec les systèmes de gestion de la relation client ou autres systèmes orientés vers les données.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Support various strategic programs via manual and triggered campaigns across the customer lifecycle, including prospecting, win-back, nurturing, post-purchase and loyalty.
- Build effective target audiences and segments for every message to drive engagement and revenue performance against KPI goals.
- Use customer data, such as web behavior, to drive the message & content personalization.
- Devise & execute A/B tests, managing calendar and reporting on performance.
- Provide monthly campaign performance reports, identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Constantly look for new ways to improve overall programs through technology, tools, partners, trends and best practices.
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in business/commerce, marketing, or equivalent.
- Hands on experience in marketing automation platforms.
- Proficient in data analytics with ability to interpret data and pull out insights
- Bilingualism, French and English (written and spoken)
- Experience with CRM system or other data driven system, an asset.
