The Specialist, Website Content is responsible for creating, optimizing, publishing, and maintaining high-quality content across Bath Fitter’s brand and franchise websites. This role combines content execution, SEO best practices, analytics insights, and cross-functional collaboration to continuously improve user experience, site performance, and lead generation. Many other benefits to discover by joining Bath Fitter What is the ideal profile for this position? 2-3 years of experience in web content, SEO, or digital marketing (multi-site or franchise experience is a plus) Strong knowledge of SEO best practices (metadata, headings, internal linking, content structure) Hands-on experience with CMS platforms Ability to analyze web performance and translate data into actionable insights Excellent attention to detail, quality control, and organizational skills Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional and non-technical stakeholders Excellent bilingual communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in French is essential. As a Specialist, Web Content, what will your responsibilities be? Create, publish, update, and maintain content across brand and franchise websites Apply SEO best practices to improve content visibility, structure, and performance Partner with analytics and CRO teams to support testing initiatives and optimize conversions Monitor site health (content freshness, broken links, redirects, publishing errors) and proactively resolve issues Ensure content accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and brand alignment Collaborate with design, marketing, and franchise stakeholders on content initiatives Support reporting and performance tracking using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console Contribute to special digital projects such as campaign pages, microsites, and content expansions We believe life is too short to not be passionate about what we do every day.
