Mainland Motors is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Salesperson to join our thriving team. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in achieving and exceeding sales targets while providing exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Understand and assess customer needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed product information and conduct test drives.
- **Sales Process**:

- Effectively present and sell vehicles to prospective customers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to meet both customer and dealership requirements.
- Close sales deals and finalize paperwork in a timely manner.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the latest features and specifications of the vehicles in the showroom.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the automotive industry.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other members of the sales team and dealership staff.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for sales transactions.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- **Achievement of Sales Targets**:

- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Actively participate in sales promotions and campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
- Knowledge of financing options and ability to explain them to customers.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
