**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice on vehicle options, and facilitate the sales process from start to finish. Your ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively will be key to your success in this position.

**Duties**
- Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone to assess their automotive needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate vehicles and explain features, benefits, and financing options to potential buyers.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining customer relationships.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals while providing a high level of customer service throughout the process.
- Support dealership marketing efforts by participating in promotional events and community outreach.
- Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with sales management to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Maintain an organized workspace and keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the automotive or retail sectors.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end sales.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette.
- Proficient in organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.
- Previous dealership experience or background in sales support is advantageous.
