Status Electrical Corporation is currently looking for strong leaders to lead electrical teams on new commercial projects throughout Metro Vancouver. We are looking for someone who is able to both lead a team and manage a project, someone who is excited and wanting to progress in their career.

Duties / Responsibilities:

- manage, train, coach and mentor electricians,
- problem analysis and solving skills,
- lead and manage both efficiently and to a high standard of quality,
- support your comrades through enforcing safe work procedures,
- drive the business plan

Job Requirements:

- Experience working as an Electrical Foreman/Forewoman in a commercial setting
- proven team building skills
- Pipe bending skills, and wood frame skills
- analytical skills to interpret data to make solid decisions
- Measure twice, cut once attitude
- Desire to build pleasant and fun workplace culture
- Assist the Project Manager through reporting procedures

**Salary**: From $42.00 per hour
