Administrative Assistant

We are a travel and vacation rental company looking for an individual to help assist with administrative duties. This will be an integral role and it is imperative that the individual hired has exceptional attention to detail, and a strong understanding of Excel. We are looking for someone who is a good communicator and who can switch gears quickly. This role is part-time.
This position will be a mix of working onsite and working from home, however for the initial onboarding/training period you will be required to work from our office in the Delta area. This period is not set in duration, and will depend on a number of factors.
Duties and responsibilities will include assisting with office administration, online research to help run pricing comparisons for our products, parts research and other clerical duties as needed.
You may also be required to assist with answering customer inquiries/taking reservations. Duties are not limited to those listed above, and may include other tasks as directed by management.
**Qualifications**:
- **Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Teams, and Excel**
- **Excellent Command of English, Both Written and Verbal**:
- **Experience in the travel/hospitality industry would be beneficial, but not necessary.**

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
