**Service Bartender Job Description**

**Position Overview**: As a Service Bartender at Baton Rouge, your role is essential in supporting our team by preparing high-quality alcoholic beverages, specialty coffees, and desserts for our guests. This position focuses on working behind the scenes to contribute to the overall guest experience by ensuring prompt, consistent, and visually appealing drink and dessert preparations, all while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Drink and Dessert Preparation**: Prepare alcoholic beverages, specialty coffees, and desserts to the highest standard, following Baton Rouge recipes and presentation guidelines.
- **Efficiency and Attention to Detail**: Work quickly and accurately to support servers, enabling them to deliver prompt service to guests. Ensure all drinks are garnished appropriately, use fresh ice, and serve in clean, sparkling glassware.
- **Maintain Cleanliness and Safety**: Consistently uphold Baton Rouge’s hygiene and cleanliness standards, in compliance with government regulations. This includes regular cleaning of the bar area, equipment, and tools.
- **Professional Demeanor**: Provide a positive, professional impression with a pleasant personality, contributing to a welcoming environment for guests and a supportive atmosphere for team members.
- **Bar Maintenance**: Keep the bar organized and well-stocked, maintaining an inventory of fresh garnishes, mixers, and other essentials required to perform your duties effectively.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
