Bartender/barista

Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and alcohol and non alcohol drinks following company recipes
- Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment
- Take customer orders, handle cash transactions, and use the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Assist in stocking and replenishing inventory supplies
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service while upholding quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers
- Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions accurately
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and health regulations
- Excellent time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience in a restaurant or food service setting
- Proficiency in operating POS systems
- Passion for the art of coffee-making
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment

Pay: $18.50-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
