Customer service duties including greeting customers, serving drinks, taking payment and providing knowledge of our products to customers
- Perform daily inspections to ensure the tasting room and bathroom are presentable, safe, and ready for customers
- Communicate with owners to manage customer feedback in the start-up stage to ensure a highest level of customer satisfaction
- Supervise and manage the front of house serving and retail staff
- Assist in planning, management and organization for both on and offsite events
- Assist in other duties such as cleaning and inventory
- Participate in discussions with the Production team about new product creation
- Collaboration with the Marketing team to generate website and social media content
- Creation of an inspired cocktail menu that showcases our products and evolves seasonally
- Maintains vendor relationships
- Promote the use of our products with other bartenders and licensees
- Other duties as assigned

**Your skills and experience**:

- Experience in the hospitality industry with a valid Smart Serve certification
- Strong knowledge of bartending operations and service procedures
- Strong communication and customer service skills - positive, infectious attitude and sense of humor
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25kg as well as standing for long periods of time
- Well-versed in: distilling history, bartending techniques, preparation techniques, styles, and flavour profiles

**The primary hours for this position are**:

- Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons
- Thursday to Saturday afternoon and evening
- Other times to be discussed to achieve a schedule with a minimum of 40 hours per week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

- Weekend availability
