Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, possess strong bartending skills, and be well-versed in food and beverage operations within various settings. Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
  • Manage cash handling, cashiering, and food safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food handling and safety standards.
  • Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure seamless service during shifts.
  • Assist with food service.
  • Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and recognize signs of intoxication or potential safety issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to manage busy periods efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Handle basic math calculations for bills, tips, and inventory counts accurately.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a bartender in environments such as fine dining, nightclubs, banquets, or catering is preferred.
  • Proficiency with POS systems.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy hours.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations related to sales, retail math, and cash handling accurately.
  • Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or special events as needed; experience in nightclubs or banquet settings is a plus. Job Type: Part-time
