This is a **full-time, commission-based** opportunity where you'll operate as your own business, set your own schedule, and directly impact your earnings potential. We offer comprehensive training to equip you with the knowledge and tools you need to succeed.

**Here's what you'll do**:

- Generate leads through prospecting and networking
- Visit customer homes to assess roof needs and measurements
- Deliver a compelling sales presentation showcasing the benefits of Hy-Grade's steel roofing systems
- Provide accurate and customized quotes based on customer requirements
- Maintain positive relationships with both potential and past customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business

**To thrive in this role, you'll possess**:

- 3+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably within the construction/home improvement industry
- Strong initiative and a go-getter attitude
- Impeccable attention to detail for accurate measurements and quotes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage customers
- Proficiency in technical skills and comfortable using measuring tools
- A keen ability to follow up with customers and build lasting relationships

- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Licence/Certification:

- Drivers License (required)
