Mercedes-Benz Brampton is currently looking for a **Sprinter Vans **Sales Consultant **to join their team in Brampton.

The **Sprinter **Sales Consultant** **is responsible for selling Sprinter Vans, while also creating lasting relationships with customers.

Our **Sprinter **Sales Consultant **walk customers through the sales process, including conducting test drives, reviewing prices and educating them on vehicle inventory.

The **Sprinter **Sales Consultant **has the unique ability to control their own success The more time and effort that is invested, the bigger the book of business as a result.

**Job Duties**:

- Provide customers with information regarding vehicles for sale.
- Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Provide sales representatives with up-to-date product information.
- Plan and implement sales-incentive programs.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct test drives of vehicles for sale.
- Assist with vehicle inventory management.
- Other duties as required.

**What We Look For**:

- **Valid OMVIC certification.**:

- **2+ years of automotive sales experience required.**:

- **Commercial sales experience preferred.**:

- Experience working in a high-volume dealership environment.
- Must have excellent communication skills (good verbal skills and a clear speaking voice).
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with OneEighty software considered an asset.
- Works well with a team as well as individually.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable using technology.
