Steel Service Center Inside Sales Representative

Ideal Roofing wishes to inform of our need to fill the following non-union position;
**Position**: Steel Service Centre Inside Sales Representative
An integral part of this position is the ability to continue Ideal Roofing’s long-established reputation for service excellence to our customers through these primary accountabilities.
- Handle customer quote requests and submit quotes within deadlines
- Answer product questions, calculate and provide quotations and research product information to close new sales and to meet customer order requirements
- Communicate any delays of problems with delivery and make suggestions for alternative options when necessary
- Resolve customer service problems and complaints
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Recommending materials and accessories; and
- Supporting our outside sales team
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Must be fluent in English and French (Written and Spoken)
- Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Steel Service products an asset
- Skilled in planning, organization and goal setting
- Ability to control costs and effectively solve problems
- Ability to multi-task, remain focused, and positive and deliver results under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in a business, engineering or related discipline
- Previous experience in customer service or sales an asset
