**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events from conception to completion, ensuring all details are managed efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations for each event.
- Provide outstanding guest services, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Market events through various channels to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates and services for events.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and reported accurately.
- Collaborate with hotel staff and other departments to ensure seamless event operations.
- Upsell additional services or packages to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in event management or a related field within the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management related to event planning.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors while maintaining positive relationships.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by event schedules.

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

Additional pay:
