Our client is currently seeking a Scheduler / Scheduling Coordinator to join their team and maximize resource planning.
**Responsibilities**
Scheduling Coordinator/Scheduler
- We are looking for a Scheduler to schedule Installations, repairs, service, deliveriesetc. to all our retail and builders clients.
- Ensure review of weekly schedules prior to submission;
- Proactively resolve scheduling constraints or escalate to higher level;
- Maintain a continuous line of communication with operations teams progressing activities;
- Collaborate with training teams to schedule trainees with trainers;
- Provide schedules to clinical operations teams in a time efficient manner;
- Communicate as appropriate with placement agencies to schedule contract employees;
- Complete and/or maintain training as needed for the position;
- Performs general administrative duties as needed;
- Other duties as assigned by management
**Qualifications**
Scheduling Coordinator - Woodbridge Ontario
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree and related work experience preferred;
- Good communication skills (English);
- Detail oriented and organized;
- Good customer service skills;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
**Job Type**: Temporary
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Vaughan, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
