Assistant Service Manager/Advisor

Let me introduce ourselves. I’m Kim, my husband Alex and I own and operate Car-Pro Tirecraft. The business started in 1968 by my father-in-law, Jim. A lot has changed over the decades but our commitment to our customers to provide trustworthy advice, honest suggestions and extensive product knowledge hasn’t. We continue to grow and learn in the ever-changing automotive environment.

Nick And Alex run the front counter. Alex is always ready for a good laugh. Nick has the most mesmerizing blue eyes and calming disposition. Jim still comes in regularly. He loves chatting with our clients or sharing a laugh with the guys. My Goldendoodle, Pauly Walnuts, is chief welcomer and the friendliest dog you’ll ever meet.

The guys in the back are some of the best people to work with. They truly embrace the team environment and are exceptional technicians. Chris has the wittiest one-liners that you will ever hear. Howard loves food, music and occasionally will sing for the team while working. Danny has a heart of gold ready to jump in wherever needed. Diego, has a friendly smile and quiet demeanor. Tommy is the glue that keeps us together and working smoothly.

In this role you will be challenged and pushed, nurtured, and loved, applauded and trained, coached, and given the tools to rise to the highest level in our industry. The Fine Print

You’re good at:

- Providing the very best client experience
- Working with people and communicating with customers
- Having initiative and being in charge of your own schedule

You Have:

- 1-3 years working in a customer service role (automotive preferred)
- Class G drivers license/ clean abstract

We Have:

- Competitive Salary (range $50,000 - $65,000 per year)
- Consistent work schedule **Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (no weekends)**:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Inside sales: 1 year (required)
