Our Partners are looking for experienced **Automotive Service Advisors** to work in their Auto center. The Automotive Service Advisor communicates directly with customers, managing their needs and expectations regarding auto service maintenance and repairs Superior customer service and communication skills are essential as you are the link between the customer and Technicians. Our automotive service advisors are also responsible for:

- Completes and reviews repair orders with customers.
- Estimates cost and time for service and repairs needs. Ensures final invoice is the same as estimate and vehicle is delivered on time.
- Acts as liaison between customers and technicians and manages the status of work orders.
- Schedules service and repair appointments.
- Completes other tasks, as required
- Valid Driver's Licence with clean driving abstract
- Basic math and typing skills.
- 1 year experience in the service department at a automotive center.
- Good working knowledge of automotive parts lookup system.
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision with computerized systems.
- Great communication skills
