**We're hiring a Regional Sales Manager - Eastern Canada - French Bilingual**
**This is a fully remote role, must be located in Quebec, Ontario or New Brunswick**

**What you'll do**
- You Facilitate and attend opportunity event, training events, virtual training and opportunity presentation, group and one to one coaching.
- You Must have an understanding of following key priorities with the ability to lead and create the way:
- Sponsor: Grassroots recruiting including contacting and converting leads generated by the company, personal networking, identifying and managing events.
- New Brand Ambassador Productivity: Developing new Brand Ambassador to sponsor and sell product using the company tools and systems.
- Leader Development: Identify, develop and mentor Leaders; support the growth of their lineage.
- You Work with new Brand Ambassador in key markets to fast-track recruiting efforts and growth.
- You Development of quarterly training plan that increases Brand Ambassador base and sales in specified markets.
- You Understanding and utilization of Plexus 's career plan and product line.
- Specific Measures of Job Performance:
- Sponsoring - Meet predetermined sponsoring goals in region.
- Sales - Meet targeted revenue goals in region.
- Rank Advancement - Promotion of Brand Ambassador to Gold Ambassadors.
- Retention - Maintain Gold Ambassadors and above in assigned region.
- Activation - Ensure activity of new Brand Ambassador in the first 90 days.
- You commit to working together as one team, exceed service expectations by developing positive relationships and treat others with value and respect always.
**You should have**
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Business, Marketing, or International business.
- You have 5+ years of building a Direct sales business with Corporate. Recruiting experience 5+ years building in a Party Plan and/or MLM company, preferably in both field and corporate.
- You have 5+ years of Management experience.
- You must be bilingual, fluent in both French and English
- You have strong planning and follow up skills.
- You have the ability to collaborate with others and thrive in a team environment while meeting individual goals and expectations.
- You can anticipate obstacles, communicate effectively, and plan accordingly.
- You' re adept at providing solutions and working in cross functional areas to facilitate successful completion of projects.
- You maintain positive relationships with all departments.
- You value relationships and is able to influence others to develop relationships that are reflected in continuously positive experiences.
