**Job Title**: Project Coordinator

**Location**: 511 41st Street North, Lethbridge, AB

**Job purpose**:This position’s primary responsibilities are to schedule, plan, and budget irrigation installation projects.

**Key Result Areas**
- Customer proposals and drawings are completed efficiently and accurately
- Projects are completed on schedule
- Installations are routinely completed safely, efficiently and effectively
- Customer satisfaction is high

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Survey and assess sites as required
- Coordinate the preparation of drawings, sketches, and as-builts with designers
- Coordinate and create take-offs and material lists for quotes
- Assist and work closely with Outside Sales as required
- Build jobs, quotes and proposals using NAV; Create clear proposals for customers
- Invoice jobs and extras
- Plan and oversee installation jobs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, always providing the best in quality service
- Supervise and assist installation team members and subcontractors; keep motivated and on schedule
- Troubleshoot issues to determine the best solution for each customer
- Ensure projects proceed efficiently, according to plan, is of high quality and performed safely

- Aptitude for using computer software
- Experience with reading and creating plans, maps, models and schemes will be an asset
- Presentable, reliable and a team player
- A strong people-orientated and task-oriented individual
- Understands the drivers of return on investment for each customer
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on efficiency
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and contribute potential solutions
