SASHA is seeking a **Project Coordinator** to oversee the final stages of a renovation project at one of our group homes. This is a **temporary, full-time position** running for **4 weeks, starting in March 2025**.
- **Wage**: $25/hour
- **Hours**: 40 hours per week

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Executive Director, contractors, and SASHA staff to ensure the successful completion of the project
- Design and implement furnishing layouts that balance privacy, comfort, and functionality
- Select and coordinate durable, group-home-appropriate furniture and décor
- Ensure common areas feel welcoming and home-like while supporting social interaction
- Incorporate privacy-focused solutions in bedrooms and personal spaces
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation throughout the project
- Communicate plans, risks, and updates with the Executive Director

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Background in interior design, decorating, or space planning
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability to changing priorities and project needs
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on deadlines.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean 3-year abstract.

**About SASHA**:
The Southern Alberta Self-Help Association (SASHA) provides supportive living options and individualized services for adults with severe and/or persistent mental illness. We operate four group homes in Lethbridge and assist clients transitioning to independent living in the community. Many of our clients are recently discharged from hospital, and we support their reintegration into the community through stable housing and comprehensive services. If you’re interested please:
