Reporting to the Strategic Operations Supervisor, the Operations Specialist shall be responsible for a variety of tasks for branches across the region. These responsibilities will range from HR, Finance, Communications, Facilities, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Will scope out new buildings for expansion while communicating with commercial real estate agents to bring top options for each market to be reviewed and explored
- Help screen and interview applicants for the Management Development Program
- Communicate with the P21 team to ensure cohesiveness in information
- Lead small projects to improve branches processes
- Work with the P21 pricing team to create templates for price matrix loading
- Help the Project Coordination team with coordination, process clean up, billing, and tracker building
- Be comfortable with flexibility of tasks and responsibilities
- Ontario travel 5% of the time in a year

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Currently enrolled in a University or College Program
- Strong skills in sorting data on spreadsheets (Excel) and using Office Suite
- Organized, self-sufficient, resourceful, and oriented towards tangible results
- Excited to learn and work on multiple projects
- Great communication skills
- Understanding B2B business related to distribution, an asset
- Previous ERP system experience, an asset
