Toromont Cat is looking for an Apprenticeship specialist to join our team

**In a typical day, YOU will**:

- Provide a full range of guidance and support to apprentices and managers related to progression, development and other applicable programs.
- Perform multiple and various follow-up on programs and policy such as training, progression, ministry registration, school requests, grants, loans and more
- Be the key persons to define and promote the evolution of all of your programs.
- Maintain up to date all required file and database in order to monitor closely and provide monthly KPI all the programs you are responsible for.
- As part of Technical Training team, accomplish spontaneous projects and complementary tasks.

**Must-haves for this role**:

- A great sense of organization with an infallible methodology.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in administrative, Human Resource related experience.
- Excellent leadership, problem solving, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
- Resourceful, innovative, and persuasive.
- Flexibility to quickly shift priorities and juggle simultaneous requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to operate effectively both tactically and strategically in support of short and long-term business priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and experience HR and LMS system will be an asset
- Valid Driver’s License. Must be willing to travel as required meeting business needs.
- Bilingualism is a major asset
