Job Description:
At Finding Focus, we're on a mission to transform ADHD care, making it more accessible and streamlined through our virtual clinic. We're in search of an organized, empathetic Receptionist/Administrative Assistant who is passionate about mental health and ready to make an impact. Your role will be pivotal in guiding potential clients through the process of understanding and accessing our services.

**Location**:Hybrid Remote/In person

**Hours**:Monday-Friday, shifts vary between 7:30 AM to 8 PM EST, Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM EST

**Type**:Independent Contractor

**Compensation**:$20/hour

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage inbound calls, assisting individuals interested in booking appointments and provide clear, compassionate explanations of our ADHD-focused services.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to coordinate scheduling and follow-ups, ensuring seamless client experiences.
- Engage in proactive communication with clients, from initial outreach to ongoing support inquiries.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in managing patient records and sensitive information.
- Contribute to administrative duties and support marketing initiatives that enhance our clinic's reach and reputation.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven administrative or reception experience, with a preference for backgrounds in healthcare or mental health settings.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information about health care topics clearly and empathetically.
- Must be able to demonstrate efficiency, organziation and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Adept in using various technological tools and platforms, including EMR systems, Google Workspace, and Mail chimp
- Must be proficient with Excel/Google sheets and V-look up functions
- Must be proficient with pdf editing software and creation of pdf fillable documents
- Must be proficient in managing billing and payment reconciliation processes
- Ability to work independently, coupled with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of ADHD and its impact on individuals is highly desirable, as it will enhance your ability to relate to and assist our clients effectively.
