If so, we have exciting opportunities for you Bolylin Auto Group, Used Car Dealership is currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as Salesmen and Sales Assistants.

Position: Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits to customers.
- Proactively prospect and generate leads to expand the customer base.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our inventory, pricing, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure a positive experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- A valid driver's license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
