We are seeking an Experience Property Manager. We are a mid-size Real Estate Investment Company with a portfolio of commercial and residential properties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Rental Collection
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor and complete maintenance and repairs timelessly and cost-effectively
- Liaising with our repair and maintenance staff and sub trades to ensure tasks are delegated and completed in a timely manner
- Preparation of Legal Document for LTB hearings
- Attend Landlord and Tenant Board hearings as required
- Overseeing contractors
- Overseeing and organizing the acquisition and/or disposition of a property
- Delivery of memo’s, including but not limited to N12 & N4 notices
- Enforce occupancy policies and procedures
- List and lease residential/commercial real estate
- Previous experience with all aspects of property management
- Respond to after business hours & weekend emergency calls

Qualifications:

- You’re able to multitask, and work under pressure
- You have exceptional organizational, time management, interpersonal, negotiation and computer skills
- You have exceptional knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) and Tenant Board guidelines
- You have your own vehicle and are willing to travel around the Golden Horseshoe area.
- Must be fluent in ENGLISH - written and spoken
- Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, unit repairs, etc would be an asset
- Previous experience with all aspects of property management
