We are looking for a FOH manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. Salary between $50k-$60k / year based on experience. Loondocks offers a casual fine dining atmosphere with fresh, creative cuisine and industry leading standards for service quality. Manager will oversee all aspects of FOH operations including reservations, guest relations, supply management, vendor relations, housekeeping, and most importantly service execution to a very high standard. Will lead, supervise and assist bar staff, servers, runners, and hosts as needed. This is very much a "hands-on" position, with only small amounts of office work required. **Experience / Knowledge**: Fine dining serving / supervising / bartending experience. Good food and wine knowledge. Experience with inventory, ordering and vendor relations an asset. **Attributes / Skills**: Very high standard for professionalism and service quality. Elegant and graceful when interacting with guests and working on the floor. Coachable and energetic team player. Good motivational skills, people skills, and a good leader by example.
