**Key Responsibilities**:
**Payroll Management**:

- Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in hours worked, overtime, and deductions.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws.
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and deductions.
- Collaborate with HR to manage onboarding and offboarding processes concerning payroll.

**Driver Coordination**:

- Communicate with drivers to provide updates and resolve any issues that may arise during their shifts.
- Monitor driver performance and compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new drivers, including orientation on policies and procedures.

**Administrative Support**:

- Maintain accurate records of driver schedules, performance, and payroll data.
- Assist in preparing reports related to payroll and driver metrics for management review.
- Support budgeting and forecasting for payroll and driver-related expenses.
- Ensure proper documentation is maintained for audits and compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in payroll processing and driver coordination or logistics management.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with transportation and logistics operations.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to payroll.
